Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made via Vendit vending machines or business engagements through www.vendit.pk.
1. Vending Machine Purchases (Snacks & Beverages)
Not Eligible for Return
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of products (snacks, beverages, etc.), items purchased from Vendit vending machines are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispensed.
Exceptions – Refunds Only in Case of:
- Item not dispensed but payment deducted
- Incorrect item dispensed (different from selection)
- Damaged product dispensed (unopened and verifiable)

Include your payment reference, vending machine location, and a photo or video (if applicable).
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
2. Franchise and Advertising Payments
All franchise fees, brand placement fees, or related business payments are subject to individual agreements. Unless specifically stated in writing:
- Payments are non-refundable after services have been initiated or deliverables provided.
- In case of disputes, Vendit Technologies will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
3. Technical Errors
If a transaction fails or an amount is charged incorrectly due to technical malfunction, please contact us immediately. Refunds will be made after verification by our support team.
4. Changes to This Policy
Vendit Technologies reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
